# 2028: The chat would have no agent

`2028` means: The chat would have no agent.

| 403 | Keep at least one agent in the chat. |

## Error response

Relay includes this code in `error.code`. The response also includes `error.status`, `error.message`, and `error.doc_url`; keep `trace_id` when it is present.
